2*Operation - is every accounting operation being entered into accounting programm: entering invoice for each transaction, calculating employee salary, entering a credit card payment shall each form a separate operation.
** The cost of legal services for formation of a company, notary fees and state fees is indicated on the basis of 2 founders and 1 member of the board.
*** Share capital is paid either immediately 100%, or 50% (the rest - within a year). The funds are in the free use of the company.
